LET HIS PRAISES BE UNFURLED

Children of God your voices raise
To heav'n above lift up your praise;
Let all who know Jehovah sing,
Your hallelujahs to the King.
Our sovereign God – He made the world,
O let His praises be unfurled;
Creation is His work alone,
Sing out and make His glories known.
All things fulfill His wise design,
And prove a Craftsman so divine;
We marvel at His providence,
His pow'r and wisdom so immense.
God has His way on land and sea,
O what a wondrous mystery;
All things are in His sovereign hand,
And move along at His command.
But who can tell the wonders of
His sovereign mercy and His love;
Chosen in old eternity,
In Jesus Christ our Surety.
'Twas by His work upon the cross,
He saved us from eternal loss;
Now for His blood and righteousness,
We join our hearts His Name to bless.
O Spirit of the living God,
We thank Thee for the written Word;
The living Seed to us applied,
The church of God, the Savior's bride.
O Father, Son and Holy Ghost,
In Thee Alone we make our boast;
All of the saints Thy Name adore,
And praise Thee, Lord, forevermore.
