If I precede anyone here in death, and you happen to stop by for a last glimpse of this old house, this is what you will see: You will see the ravages of sin upon my mortal body. You will see the result of 2000 + years Adams sin against God, and my x number of years of sin in this mortal body. Please don't say, "He sure does took good." I will look good and dead! Thank God, this body will be dead! You will see the last thing that sin can do to me. This is the only good turn that sin has ever given me. And for this I am grateful to God, not Satan. Satan might wish this his victory, but this too is the Lord's.
What you will not see is the best thing. You will not see me! I will be gone, out of sight, out of the presence, away from the influence of all sin. I will be away from this old house. Don't look at my remains and say, "That's him!", because that will not be "him." I will be in the presence of my Lord. If you ever see me again you will have to be brought to where I am.
Do you see beyond this temporal life. If not, I assure you that you are a miserable person. Those that look to Christ now will be those who see Him as He is then.
