We too often live in the past or the future. We can no more change the past than we can change who we are. Neither can we determine tomorrow. We are creatures in the hands of the Sovereign God. As yesterday was His, so is tomorrow! Besides you wouldn't want to change what God has decreed if you could, would you? Certainly not! Our God can do no wrong. As sure as He has ordered the sun to rise in the east and set in the west, He has devised our steps. We often think "If I could only know and understand?" I agree, we know and understand very little, but the essential thing we must understand is that, God, in His infmite wisdom, by Jesus Christ, His Son, does all things for His people's Spiritual good, and His eternal glory. Do we understand this?
