One of Satan's most successful methods is taking that which is good and substituting it for that which is best or needful. One example is the matter of finding the correct church. Many a soul has wasted precious time looking for a good church. They go from church to church examining the programs, budget, standards, creeds and hierarchy looking for the church that fulfills all their expectations of what a church should be. Church matters are important matters, but they are not the all important matter. Satan has kept many a wanderer on a wandering path looking for a church when they should have been looking for Christ. As one has said, "Wherever you find the head, the body will not be far behind." Christ is the head of the church, His body: Find Him and you have found the church! Do not concern yourself with programs, policies, and pastors; but look for Christ in each assembly. Where you find the true Christ, -the sovereign, reigning, all sufficient Christ - you have found His church. This principle cannot be overemphasized! I say to every man, woman and child, "Let nothing, not matter how important it may seem, hinder or replace you pursuit of Christ." In Him we have all we need, we are complete, lacking nothing. So, whatever we need, we shall have it if we have Christ. Look for nothing else!
